Refilling could not be simpler.

We decant from our large containers, your chosen products into reusable bottles and then deliver them to you. 

Please note: for all home deliveries you need to use RE.STORE bottles. If you would like to refill your own bottles, you need to bring them to us. Thanks.

Your First Online Order (PRE-FILLS)

Step 1 Choose PREFILL and select your product.

Step 2 You can purchase a pump, spray head or nozzle for your bottle.

Step 3 Choose pick up or delivery:

Local Pick Up. Orders can be picked up for free at RE.STORE HQ on Wednesdays between 9am - 1pm You order confirmation contains the collection address.

Delivery. Delivery is available within a 5 mile radius of Bath for a £3 flat fee. Orders over £20 are free.  Your items will be delivered on a Tuesday or Thursday depending on your area (listed below).

Delivery Instructions Let us know any special delivery instructions during checkout (such as your gate code or if the door is around the side or leave in the recycle box etc).

Notes – this is the place to tell us If you have any requests such as 'no labels' or 'Refills all in PET bottles'  'It's my birthday' etc

Step 4  Complete the checkout process and your order confirmation will be emailed to you. You will be sent another email note when we have delivered.

Ordering REFILLS Online

When you're running low on a product, it's time to order a refill.

Step 1 Go to 'SHOP REFILLS' and select the product(s) you need to refill and choose the size of the bottle you have.

Leave us any info / requests in 'NOTES' section such as 'All glass bottles please' or 'NO glass please'. Thanks.

Step 2 Choose pick up or delivery during check out. Please put your empty RE.STORE bottles in your bag in a visible spot for us to collect the night before. **(Keep your sprays and pump lids!)**

We will take away your empties and leave you your ordered refill products.

Refilling your own bottles

BYO Wednesday is when we refill home and body care products into customers’ own containers. You can bring your containers and bottles to RE.STORE HQ - please make sure they are clean and completely dry. This ensures no cross contamination and makes for a better experience of our products.

You can drop your bag of containers anytime, as long as they are labelled. We will let you know when they are ready to collect. Sometimes it is possible for us to do while you wait. 

We run the BYO service 9am -1pm on Wednesdays.

Step 1: Choose your refill products  'SHOP REFILLS'. 

Step 2: Select the 'Pick Up' option. 

Step 3: Your order will be confirmed with details of the RE.STORE HQ.

Step 4: Drop your clean, dry bottles* and we will refill with your purchased products and you can collect later or we can fill while you wait.

Delivery

Deliveries are on Tuesdays and Thursdays (check the day for your area below) early in the morning (just like the milk round). We aim to add more options as we grow.

Wednesday is our BYO (Bring Your Own ) day - between 9am and 1pm.

* Our B.Y.O. option allows you to drop off your personal containers to be refilled and for you to collect later.  Please note: we do not offer a sanitising /cleaning service. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the cleanliness of your bottles. RE.STORE BATH and its employees are not liable for issues that may arise concerning your health and well-being or performance of the products if there is an issue from cross-product contamination. We can only refill personal containers that you have confirmed as clean. Thanks for your understanding.

Types of Bottles

All liquids are dispensed in a RE.STORE bottle with a aluminium cap to use and then refill. All bottles will fit a cap, pump or trigger spray attachment.

We appreciate everyone’s needs and situations vary. Some people have asked not to have glass in their bathroom but still wish to refill to help eliminate single use plastic. Alongside our 500ml and 1000ml glass bottles, we therefore offer a 500ml or 1000ml PET bottle which has been recycled (and can be further recycled) in this instance. Select your bottle and attachment when you are choosing your products.
